GOOD QUESTIONS, STRAIGHT ANSWERS

A little clarity.
Before we begin.

How much does a website cost?

Website fixes start from A$150, landing pages from A$250, and small business websites from A$350. These are indicative starting prices. Your quote depends on scope and complexity; any applicable taxes and third-party costs will be clarified before work begins.

How long does development take?

Small fixes can often be turned around quickly. Larger builds depend on scope, content and feedback. We’ll agree on a realistic timeframe after reviewing your project.

Can you fix an existing Shopify store?

Yes. We can help with theme styling, broken layouts, navigation and product-page improvements. We’ll review your theme and requirements before quoting.

Do you work with international customers?

Yes. We work remotely with Australian and international businesses. Quotes are in Australian dollars and communication times are agreed around your timezone.

Do customers own their completed websites?

Ownership and handover are agreed in the project terms before work starts. The intention is for you to own your commissioned work after payment; third-party themes, fonts, software and platforms retain their own licences.

Are ongoing fees required?

Our work does not automatically require an ongoing maintenance plan. Hosting, domain names and services such as Shopify can have their own fees. We’ll identify these costs before you commit.

How are payments handled?

Payment methods, any deposit and milestones are set out in your written quote before work starts. Don’t send payment details through the enquiry form.
